Rental Inquiry Information
When you submit the rental match form, the information you provide may include your contact details, desired area, budget, bedrooms, pets, move-in timing, and rental situation. This information is used to help narrow rental options and respond to your inquiry. By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent for Jeff Smith / Dalton Wade Inc. to contact you at the number and email you provide, including by automated technology, text/SMS, and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice calls; consent is not a condition of any service and you may reply STOP to opt out.
Visitor Activity
This site may record pages viewed, CTA clicks, community search filters, listing IDs viewed, referrer, UTM information, and a first-party visitor ID so submitted leads can be connected with the rental search activity that led to the inquiry.
Sensitive Form Answers
Sensitive rental match answers are not saved from the browser before submission. When you submit the form with consent, the submitted information is sent to the configured rental lead endpoint.
